Frequently Asked Questions

Our antenatal classes provide education on informed choice, consent, childbirth, infant feeding, and a whole lot more, as well as an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents. We aim to empower parents and birthing people allowing them to make informed choices about their care and the birth of their baby. At The Baby Village, the content is personalised to the group. We get to know you, your journey and your birthing or parenting goals. 

Our sessions are held at Thrive Wellbeing Hub, Sale.

There is parking available at the Hub however if it is full, please respect our local residents when parking on near by roads. 

You’re welcome to bring along anyone who is going to support you during your birth journey. If you would like more than one person to attend, please email me in advance so that I can accommodate them appropriately. 

You may wish to bring along your own cushion to ensure your comfort. We have a range of seating options available for you and your birth partner including chairs, bolsters, yoga balls, blocks and mats.  We offer complimentary tea and coffee and some delicious snacks to keep us going however you may wish to bring a water bottle and some of your preferred snacks. 

If you are doing a one day course, please bring your own lunch.
