Terms and conditions

By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 1. Payment Terms

 • Full payment must be made no later than 14 days (2 weeks) before the course start date. 

• Payment secures your place on the course. Places are limited and cannot be held without payment. 

 • Bookings not paid in full by this deadline may be cancelled at the discretion of The Baby Village.  

2. Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance by the participant. 

• If your baby is born before the course is completed, and you have sessions remaining, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused sessions unless otherwise specified by The Baby Village upon booking.

• In the event that The Baby Village cancels the course due to insufficient uptake, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.  

4. Disclaimer 

 • By booking with The Baby Village, you acknowledge and accept that The Baby Village is not medically trained and does not provide medical advice or guidance. 

 • Any information or opinions shared during the course are for educational and informational  purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice or used as a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. 

 5. Unlimited Support  

• The course may include unlimited support via WhatsApp and email, but this is offered at  the discretion of The Baby Village. 

 • Participants must respect The Baby Village’s privacy, personal boundaries, and response  time.  

• Abusive, excessive, or inappropriate messaging may result in support access being limited or  withdrawn without notice.  

6. Attendance & Guests  

• Each participant is welcome to bring one birth partner to the course.  

• If you would like to bring more than one birth partner, this will be considered at The Baby Village’s discretion, subject to space and availability. 

 • It is your responsibility to ensure your guest behaves appropriately and respectfully throughout the sessions.  

7. Course Content & Changes  

• The Baby Village reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course content,  schedule, format, or delivery method as needed. 

 • Such changes will not entitle the participant to a refund if the core educational value of the course remains intact. 

 8. Liability Waiver 

 • The Baby Village accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from  participation in the course. 

 • All course information is provided in good faith and is not a substitute for professional  medical or legal advice.  

9. Privacy & Data Protection 

 • Personal information collected during booking (e.g. name, contact details) will be stored  securely and used only for course-related communication. 

 • Your information will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in compliance with  relevant data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).  

10. Force Majeure 

 •The Baby Village shall not be liable for failure to perform or deliver the course due to  circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: illness, extreme weather,  power outages, or public health emergencies. 

 • In such cases, The Baby Village reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the course.  

11. Agreement 

 • Booking a service indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to  these Terms & Conditions in full.
