Pregnancy Social Circles are a nurturing space to slow down, connect and feel supported throughout your journey into motherhood.
Circles are held at Thrive Wellbeing Hub in Sale, Trafford which offers a calm, nurturing environment allowing you to feel relaxed and at ease. They are always a small group of up to 7 women offering you the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and build meaningful connections.
Each circle is gently guided around a theme to encourage open conversation, reflection, and emotional wellbeing. Having a topic upon which to anchor discussions supports connection and builds a sense of community that can feel both reassuring and empowering during pregnancy.
Alongside connection and conversation, Pregnancy Social Circles often incorporate elements such as relaxation techniques, aromatherapy tips and mindful practices to help you tune into your changing body and growing baby.
These sessions are not about “getting it right,” but about creating space to feel heard, informed, and supported. Whether this is your first pregnancy or not, the circles provide a grounding pause in your week - a time just for you, to reconnect with yourself and embrace the transition into motherhood with confidence and calm.
